Photography Styles
Our signature style is HDR Photography, which captures the natural light sources and true colors of your home. This method works beautifully in both bright and dark spaces and is the approach we recommend at Photography by Erik.
We also offer Flambient Photography (flash + HDR). While it can provide very controlled lighting in certain cases, it requires longer setup and editing time, often producing results that look less natural and more “manufactured.”

Property Access, Condition & Liability
The Client/Real Estate Agent is responsible for ensuring that the property is photo-ready prior to the scheduled appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, staging, decluttering, and securing pets. If the Client or their representative is not present at the time of the shoot, the Photographer will access the property using provided instructions (lockbox, code, etc.) and will take reasonable care while on site. However, the Photographer is not responsible for:
Preparing, cleaning, or staging the property.
Moving large or valuable items.
Securing or supervising pets.
Pre-existing damage or conditions within the property.
The Photographer is not liable for any damages, loss, or issues arising from property condition, unsecured items, or third-party access before, during, or after the appointment. The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the property is accessible, safe, and ready for photography at the scheduled time.
Unprepared Property/Limited Adjustments
The Photographer may make minor adjustments (e.g., turning on lights, straightening small items), but is not responsible for full staging or preparation. If the property is not ready upon arrival, the Photographer reserves the right to: Photograph the property as-is, or Reschedule the appointment (additional fees will apply).
